1.  How to make a deposit into Greyhound Channel account.

Greyhound Channel utilizes the following deposit methods :

            .  Credit Card -  $1,000 per day; $3,000 per seven days; or $5,000
                per calendar month
             . Debit Card
             . Automated Clearing House (ACH)
             . Money Order
             . Cashier's or Bank Check
             . Wire Transfer
             . Personal Check - subject to 3-business day hold

Greyhound Channel customers may use PINpocket for deposits and withdrawals.  PINpocket was created to provide a safe, secure and fast way for customers to make deposits to and withdraw money from their Greyhound Channel account.  Transfers may be completed using ACH or pre-registered credit or debit cards.

To open a PINpocket account, you must first logon to your Greyhound Channel wagering account.  Once logged in, click on the "Manage Funds" button and follow the instructions provided.

2. Winnings

Proceeds / Successful Winnings will be credited into your account as soon as each race is posted "official" and will be immediately available for wagering purposes.

3. Withdrawal Information

The Greyhound Channel staff will process withdrawal requests within one business day.  Withdrawal requests can be initiated using your PINpocket account, by phone, fax or mail.

All checks will be sent by First Class U.S. Mail to the account holder's address on file. Overnight/express delivery is available upon request: Federal Express Delivery - $35 fee or US Postal Service Express Mail - $18.50 fee. Credit card accounts cannot be credited.

You can also manage withdrawals through your PINpockect account.  Simply go to "Manage Funds" and follow the transfer instructions. From your PINpocket account you can transfer funds to your bank account.  Funds are normally available in your account within 48 hours (or sooner).  PINpocket charges $2.00 for this service.
