Your deposit will be credited within 20 minutes of completing the transaction, subject to a $4.99 processing fee. Easy, fast and free! Never miss a post time with In-Person Bank Deposits. Go in person to any full service Wells Fargo branch and make a cash deposit into your wagering account. Prior to your initial at-bank deposit, please call customer service toll free at (877) 782-5323 and request the In-Person Deposit details which gives you the information needed to make a deposit through a local Wells Fargo branch.

1. Call Customer Support to get deposit details.
2. Go to local Wells Fargo Branch (no ATMs).
3. Fill out slip and include your name and wagering account number in blank space.
4. Include the company name and account number given to you by Customer Service.
5. Write the amount of cash being deposited in the Cash and Total fields.
6. Give the bank teller the deposit slip and the amount of cash being deposited.
7. Take deposit receipt.

After making the deposit, contact Customer Service and provide the following information:
- Your name
- Wagering account number
- Amount of deposit
- Approximate date and time of bank deposit
- Transaction number on the deposit receipt

This information will be used to verify the deposit and properly credit your wagering account. Deposits are cash only. There are no fees to use this. All deposits credited within 24 hours of bank confirmation. Withdrawals are not available using this method. You do not have to have a Wells Fargo bank account to use this method. There are no deposit limits other than those imposed by existing banking regulations.

Please Note: The minimum withdrawal amount by check is $50. We only ship to the address in our system. If your current address has changed recently, you will need to update your account information by speaking to one of our representatives. Checks are typically processed within 2 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Please allow (10) business days before reporting the check as lost in the mail.

Please limit mail withdrawal requests (which require a fee) to one (1) per tote day. In the event that multiple requests for expedited mailings are made, the account will be charged the applicable fee for each individual request.
